山东省政府日前通过《山东纺织服装产业转型升级实施方案》,提出我省要实现从纺织服装大省向纺织服装强省的跨越的目标。本文通过用工短缺产生的动因,分析用工短缺对山东省纺织业的积极和消极影响,在此基础上得出用工短缺背景下山东纺织业转型升级的必然性,基于Rajagopalan&Spreitzer企业变革模型和Humphrey和Schmitz升级理论,提出了用工短缺背景下山东纺织业转型升级的优化路径。
Recently, the Shandong provincial government passed the “Shandong Textile and Garment Industry Transformation and Upgrade Implementation Plan”, put forward my province to achieve from the textile and garment province to the textile and clothing province across the goal. Based on the analysis of the positive and negative impact of employment shortage on textile industry in Shandong Province, this paper draws the inevitability of the transformation and upgrading of Shandong textile industry in the context of employment shortage. Based on Rajagopalan & Spreitzer enterprise transformation model and Humphrey and Schmitz upgrade Theory, put forward the optimization path of Shandong textile industry restructuring and upgrading under the background of employment shortage.
