介绍在滚齿机上切削轮齿时,采用不同的冷却液,可以降低加工成形齿轮的表面粗糙度;并结合试验对冷却液中的极性物质与加工工件表面质量的关系,进行了简单的分析。
Introduced in the gear hobbing machine gear teeth, the use of different cooling fluid, can reduce the forming gear surface roughness; and combined with the test of the coolant in the polar material and the quality of the workpiece surface, a simple analysis.
