目的研究镉及其诱发的氧自由基对肾脏的急性损伤。方法应用电镜细胞化学及能量色散谱分析技术。结果镉离子可进入到肾近曲小管上皮细胞内。肾组织内有氧自由基的过量产生,其主要位于血管内皮细胞,肾近曲小管上皮细胞的线粒体,微绒毛及基底膜等部位。肾近曲小管上皮细胞及线粒体可发生肿胀及内皮细胞脱落等病变。结论镉离子可导致氧自由基的大量形成,从而对肾脏造成损伤。
Objective To study the acute renal injury induced by cadmium and its oxygen free radicals. Methods Electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry techniques were used. Results Cadmium ions can enter the proximal renal tubular epithelial cells. Overproduction of oxygen free radicals in the kidney tissue, which is mainly located in the vascular endothelial cells, renal proximal tubule epithelial cells mitochondria, microvilli and basement membrane and other parts. Kidney proximal tubule epithelial cells and mitochondria may occur swelling and endothelial cell loss and other diseases. Conclusion Cadmium ions can lead to the formation of a large number of oxygen free radicals, thus causing damage to the kidneys.
