硅是现代半导体技术不可缺少的重要原材料之一,随着微电子技术日新月异,硅的需求量也与日俱增.从技术发达的西方国家到发展中国家,对硅的生产都十分重视.美国、日本、西德、瑞士、南非等国的生产量占世界领先地位,我国硅的生产技术方兴未艾,生产厂已发展到廿多家,产量也逐年提高,近几年来,产品已打入国际市场.为了适应祖国四化建设的需要,很多单位在加速对硅生产的技术开发和研究.一九八四年,我们与湖北通山县工业硅厂合作,采用微机控制手段,对1~#埋弧炼硅炉生产过程进行了研究,现将情况简述如下:

The production technology of silicon in our country is in the ascendant. The production plant has grown to more than 20 and the output has also been increased year by year. In recent years, the products have entered the international market. In order to meet the needs of the building of the motherland’s four modernizations, many units are accelerating their technological development and research on silicon production. In 1984, in cooperation with Tongshan Industrial Silicon Factory in Hubei Province, microcomputer control was used to simulate 1 ~ The furnace production process has been studied, the situation is summarized as follows:
