本文系配150米3/时制氧机用的空气轴承中压透平膨胀机第一阶段的试验报告,主要介绍了样机的总体结构、主要零件设计、转子临界速度及涡动不稳定性的计算、允许的动不平衡量、轴承材料的选择,以及样机的试验情况与结果。试验表明,气体轴承的机械性能是良好的,气体轴承中压透平膨胀机用于小型制氧机是完全适宜的。图21、表2。本文原为中国制冷学会第一、二学组1978年7月第一次学术交流会资料。由于篇幅关系,本刊作了较大的删节。如读者要详细了解,可参阅西安交通大学1978年7月打印的78-042号《科学技术报告》。——本刊编者
