针对赵永清同志认为威·李卜克内西于１８６９年主张的民主社会主义决不是科学社会主义，而只是论述了民主主义与社会主义不可分割的联系，本文提出：李卜克内西的民主社会主义不仅说明民主革命与社会主义革命的联系，而且也包含民主与社会主义的联系。李氏虽然在理论上、政治上犯过很多错误，但是盖棺论定，应该肯定他是无产阶级革命家，科学社会主义者。他提出民主社会主义还正是马克思派于１９世纪６０年代中期起把社会民主主义等同于科学社会主义的重要标志。因此他主张的民主社会主义理应属于科学社会主义的范畴。
Against Comrade Zhao Yongqing’s view that the democratic socialism advocated by Wei Liebkinei in 1869 was by no means scientific socialism, it merely discussed the indivisible connection between democracy and socialism. This article proposes that the democratic society of Liebknecht Doctrine not only illustrates the connection between the democratic revolution and the socialist revolution, but also contains the link between democracy and socialism. Although Li made many mistakes both theoretically and politically, he must be sure that he is a proletarian revolutionary and a scientific socialist. He proposed that democratic socialism is also an important symbol of Marxism in the social marketing of social democracy as scientific socialism since the mid-1860s. Therefore, he advocated democratic socialism should belong to the category of scientific socialism.
