Marfan综合征是遗传性疾病,其身体特征常在年轻时就被确诊。本文报告1例在第二次妊娠中以背痛和血尿住院,通过剖宫产术诊断为Marfan综合征。病例:女性,32岁。自述从18岁开始经常出现背痛,曾就医查不出原因。头胎分娩正常。二胎妊娠36周时出现右侧腹痛和背痛,血尿,住入妇产科。诊断为右侧输尿管结石。通过硬膜外导管给予镇痛剂。妊娠37周时破水和阵痛,胎儿窒息实施剖宫产术。其后出现胸痛和呼吸困难而转循环科。查体:Bp 15.2/6.67kPa(114/50mmHg),P 112/min,R 13/
Marfan syndrome is a hereditary disease whose physical characteristics are often diagnosed at a young age. This article reports 1 case of second pregnancy with back pain and hematuria hospitalized, diagnosed as Marfan syndrome by cesarean section. Case: Female, 32 years old. Self-report From the age of 18 often have back pain, did not find a reason for medical treatment. First child birth normal. 36 weeks after the second pregnancy, right side of the abdominal pain and back pain, hematuria, admitted to obstetrics and gynecology. Diagnosis of the right ureteral calculi. Analgesics are given through the epidural catheter. 37 weeks of pregnancy broken water and pain, fetal suffocation cesarean section.
