Australian Susan O’Neal broke the world record of 200-meter butterfly stroke held for 18 years at Sydney Australia Olympic Team qualifying, the longest-lasting world record in the history of the world’s swimming. O’Neal’s score of 2 minutes 5 seconds 81, faster than the United States player Mark 1981 created in the former world record 0.15 seconds faster. O’Neill has always been happily dancing in front of cheering million audience. She said it was not possible to break the world record until she entered the swimming pool. When she touched the wall and everyone was cheering, she realized that it had become a reality. She was so excited that she shed tears.
