目的探讨聚维酮碘消毒新生儿暖箱的可行性和有效性。方法选择聚维酮碘原液有效碘5000、1000、500mg/L3种浓度对持续放置有新生儿的暖箱进行消毒,每种浓度应用4个月,应用期间每半月对暖箱内面细菌培养监测1次;对每例新生儿每隔7~10 d检查一次血T3、T4、TSH。结果3种浓度聚维酮碘消毒效果均满意,细菌培养结果符合2002年版《消毒技术规范》Ⅰ、Ⅱ类区域菌数要求,未检到致病菌。期间观察189例新生儿T3、T4、TSH,除1例先天性甲状腺功能减低外均正常。结论聚维酮碘为杀菌效果好、毒性低、刺激性小的消毒液,500mg/L的浓度即可消毒新生儿暖箱,对新生儿尤其是早产儿无明显的毒性和不良反应,使用安全,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of Povidone iodine disinfection of neonatal warm boxes. The concentration of 500mg / L can sterilize the neonatal warm box, and has no obvious toxicity and adverse reactions to neonates, especially premature infants. , It is worth clinical promotion.
