铝合金建筑装饰与结构型材的生产在“六五”期间迅猛发展,产量增加了近十倍,生产能力增加了几十倍,引进了一大批较先进的设备和生产线。这很像日本1966—1971年间铝合金建筑型材的生产发展情况。当时日本在五年间挤压机(专门生产建铝型材)由57台发展到180台,产量由10万吨发展到44万吨。当前,我国铝型材生产供过于求,产品积压。归其主要原因,产品质量不高,品种结构不配套,价格太高。因此,提高产品质量,增加品种规格,降低成本和消耗,发挥现有设备生产能力是今后铝型材加工工业的首要任务。本刊特约部分同志撰写了这篇文章,以求对我国型材生产有关工艺技术人员有所参考,其主要内容包括下列部分: 一、金属学基础,二、熔炼和铸造,三、挤压与热处理,四、氧化着色处理。

Therefore, to improve product quality, increase variety specifications, reduce costs and consumption, to play the existing equipment capacity is the primary task of the aluminum processing industry in the future. Some articles of this journal have been written by some comrades in order to make reference to the technical personnel in our country for the profile production. The main contents include the following parts: I. Fundamentals of Metallography, Second, Smelting and Casting, Third, Extrusion and Heat Treatment Fourth, oxidation coloring treatment.
