目的对比分析预成纤维桩和可塑性纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法 100例桩核冠修复患者,在患者知情同意基础上采用随机平行对照方法分为A组和B组,每组50例。两组患者在修复治疗前均给予X线片和牙周、牙槽及对应软组织的检查。在此基础上,A组患者给予预成纤维桩进行修复,B组给予可塑性纤维桩进行修复。观察两组临床疗效。结果 A组与B组的修复成功率分别为96.0%和82.0%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩可显著提高口腔修复成功率,在熟练掌握口腔修复手术适应证的基础上,可将其作为首选口腔修复方式。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of prefiber piles and plastic fiber piles in oral repair. Methods 100 cases of post-core crown restoration were divided into group A and group B with 50 patients in each group based on the informed consent of patients with randomized parallel control. Two groups of patients were given X-ray and periodontal, alveolar and corresponding soft tissue examination before repair treatment. On this basis, patients in group A were given prefabricated fiber posts for repair, while those in group B were given plastic fiber posts for repair. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. Results The success rates of repair in group A and group B were 96.0% and 82.0%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion Pre-fiber posts can significantly improve the success rate of oral repair, mastering the indications for oral repair surgery, it can be used as the preferred method of oral repair.
