中华人民共和国海关总署公告2012年第50号为规范对海南离岛旅客免税购物业务的监管,支持海南国际旅游岛建设,根据国务院对海南离岛旅客免税购物政策调整的决定,现发布重新修订的《中华人民共和国海关对海南离岛旅客免税购物监管暂行办法》,自2012年11月1日起施行。海关总署公告2011年第20号、第22号同时废止。特此公告。
Notice of the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China Announcement No. 50 of 2012 In order to regulate the supervision over tax-free shopping of outlying islands in Hainan and support the construction of Hainan’s international tourist islands, according to the State Council’s decision on the policy of duty-free shopping for outlying islands of Hainan, a revised “ Interim Measures of the Customs of the People’s Republic of China on Customs Supervision of Duty-free Shopping for Outlying Islands in Hainan ”shall come into force on November 1, 2012.
