第三节 M型胆碱受体阻断药抗胆碱药能与胆碱受体结合,本身不产生或较少产生拟胆碱作用,但能妨碍乙酰胆碱或拟胆碱药与受体结合,从而产生抗胆碱作用或叫阻断作用。因药物对受体的选择性不同,可以分为M、N_1和N_2三种受体阻断药。阿托品代表了M型受体阻断药。一、阿托品和阿托品类生物碱从植物中提取的M受体阻断药有三种:东莨菪碱(来自洋金花),山莨菪碱(又名654—1,人工合成品称为654—2,来自唐古特莨菪),莨菪碱(来自巅茄、茛菪和曼陀罗)。阿托品是消旋莨菪碱。
