一、修改会章的要求中国航海学会会章系于1974年4月在第一次代表大会上通过施行的。对推动我会活动起了良好作用。但: 1.1980年9月中国科协颁布了《自然科学专门学会组织通则》,并要求各学会根据通则精神,结合各自实际情况,制订学会会章。 2.会章在二年多的执行中,也发现有若干条款需要修订以更能适合实际需要,1980年常务理事会对此作了部分修订。
First, to amend the requirements of the chapter of the Chinese Society of Navigation Chapter was in April 1974 at the first congress passed. To promote the activities I will play a good role. However: 1. In September 1980, China Association for Science and Technology promulgated the “General Rules for the Organization of Natural Science Institutions” and demanded that all societies should formulate the association’s rules according to the spirit of the General Principles and their respective actual conditions. 2. In the more than two years’ implementation of the Charter, a number of articles were found to be revised to better suit the actual needs. In 1980, the Standing Council made some amendments.
