画家申雄平申雄平,湖南衡阳人,又名申雄频,别号净平居士,书斋曰竹石斋、仪萧居。1983年11月服兵役。在部队期间,无条件无师承的情况下,自学书法篆刻。1986年随王新先生研习书画装潢,同时随晏任飞先生习书法。1994年春受业于书画大家郭子绪先生门下,2007年问教于郎绍君先生。1993年开始收集萧俊贤先生资料,曾于2002年至2009年停薪留职,专门至广东、南京、无锡、上海、北京、衡阳县等地,历尽艰辛收集和整理萧俊贤先生史料。在恩
