在建立社会主义市场经济体制过程中,搞好产权制度的改革是重要环节。目前产权制度改革正在全国各地蓬勃展开。但产权制度改革不规范、无章可循的现象也十分明显。这主要是因为产权制度的改革实践远远超前于理论的探讨,造成产权制度改革缺少必要的理论指导。因此,从理论上对产权问题进行再认识,对于指导产权制度改革具有重要意义。本文试图对产权的界定、产权关系,产权结构等同题进行一些探讨。
