班主任不好当,这是一线教师的普遍看法,然而我认为,当代的班主任并不难当。我校有个毕业班,班级纪律最差,学习成绩最差,班里吸烟喝酒的多,去网吧上游戏厅的多,打架骂人、互相起外号的多。教师谁都不愿到这个班上课,谁都不愿意当这个班的班主任。新的学习开始,受领导的指派、家长的重托,我毫不犹豫地接手了这个班,一上任,我就大刀阔斧,狠抓班级纪律。我首先要求学生人人会背《小学生守则》,人人必须熟悉《小学生日常行为规范》。
This is a common opinion among front-line teachers, but I do not think it is easy for the contemporary class teacher. My school has a graduating class, the worst class discipline, the worst academic performance, smoking and drinking in the class and more to go to the cafe on the cafes, fighting curse, mutual nickname and more.
