目的评价新疆某高等医学院校5所附属三甲医院运行现状及综合服务能力,找出其优势和薄弱环节。方法采用现况研究方法对2014年5所附属医院的人员、经费、床位、设备、医疗服务等项目进行比较分析。采用综合指数法对5所医院的综合服务能力进行评价。结果 D医院的硕博人员所占比例偏低,医院的总收入和人均创造价值都偏低,人员支出占比、固定资产支出占比及医用耗材占比较高,负债率高达80%,万元以上设备数量相对较少;E医院的床位周转次数(26.40)和病床使用率(76.90%)偏低,平均住院日(9.9 d)相对较高。综合指数分析结果,A、B、C、E 4所医院提供服务能力效率均达标,而D医院未达标。综合指数排序为I_A>I_B>I_C>I_E>I_D。结论 A医院和B医院运行状况良好,综合服务能力较高,C医院次之,D医院应加强多方面的管理,提高服务能力和效率,以保证医院的健康运行。
Objective To evaluate the operation status and comprehensive service capabilities of 5 Affiliated Top A hospitals in a medical university in Xinjiang and find out its advantages and weaknesses. Methods The status quo was used to conduct a comparative analysis of the personnel, funds, beds, equipment, medical services and other items in 5 affiliated hospitals in 2014. The comprehensive index method was used to evaluate the comprehensive service capabilities of 5 hospitals. Results The proportion of Shuobo staff in D hospital was low, the total income and per capita value of hospital were low, the proportion of personnel expenditure, the proportion of fixed assets expenditure and medical consumables were high, the debt ratio was as high as 80% The above number of equipment is relatively small; E hospital bed turnover (26.40) and bed occupancy rate (76.90%) low, the average length of stay (9.9 d) is relatively high. According to the results of comprehensive index analysis, the efficiency of hospitals providing services in A, B, C and E 4 reached the standard, while that of D hospitals did not reach the standard. The composite index is sorted as I_A> I_B> I_C> I_E> I_D. Conclusions Hospital A and Hospital B are in good condition with a high comprehensive service capacity. C Hospital is the second, Hospital D should strengthen management in various aspects to improve service capacity and efficiency so as to ensure the healthy operation of the hospital.
