本文对小学教师胜任力进行了调查研究,并从改善教师的生存状况;完善教师培训制度;创造良好的工作环境;加强教师教育的信息化建设工作这几方面提出了提升小学教师胜任力的策略。对于小学教育的发展,对于教师教育教学能力的提升具有一定的指导意义。
This paper investigates the competence of primary school teachers, and puts forward some strategies to enhance the competence of primary school teachers from the aspects of improving the living conditions of teachers, improving teacher training system, creating a good working environment and strengthening the informatization construction of teacher education . For the development of primary education, it is instructive for teachers to enhance their teaching abilities.
