In order to obtain the reliability index of the product, a great deal of reliability tests must be carried out. It is necessary to seek for an intensive and rapid test method. In this paper, the friction pair material of XB-40 axial piston pump is used to study the method of wear strengthening in order to find out the regularity of strengthening working condition
