知识转化是知识管理的重要形式,隐性知识是知识的主体内容,因此,隐性知识转化是企业技术创新能力形成的重要源泉。随着行为经济学的兴起,互惠性偏好对“经济人”假设提出了有力的挑战,极大地促进了互惠性企业文化建设的发展。互惠性的管理策略有效地促进了隐性知识转化的实现,从而大幅度提高了企业的技术创新能力。经验性的研究揭示了互惠性管理策略的微观传导机理,从而为我国企业加强互惠性企业文化建设、促进隐性知识转移、进而提高企业的技术创新能力提供了现实性的理论借鉴。
Knowledge transformation is an important form of knowledge management, and tacit knowledge is the main content of knowledge. Therefore, the transformation of tacit knowledge is an important source for the formation of an enterprise’s technological innovation capability. With the rise of behavioral economics, the preference of reciprocity poses a powerful challenge to the “economic man” assumption, which has greatly promoted the development of a mutually beneficial corporate culture. Reciprocal management strategies effectively promote the realization of tacit knowledge transformation, thus greatly improving the technological innovation capability of enterprises. Empirical research reveals the microscopic transmission mechanism of the reciprocal management strategy, and thus provides a realistic theoretical reference for our enterprises to strengthen the construction of the corporate culture of mutual benefit, promote the transfer of tacit knowledge, and then improve the technological innovation capability of enterprises.
