近些年,有关国有企业改革与脱困的报道已成为各地党报最重要的宣传任务之—,但与国企改革一样,国企报道也面临众多难题,存在很多不尽人意的地方。以1998年度全国省级党报好新闻评选为例,在总计200篇文字获奖作品中,涉及国企改革的报道只有五六篇,与国企报道所处的地位极不相称。面对国企形势变化,一些报纸缺少报道国企的新思路、新办法。究其原因有二:一是当今国有企业的管理体制、经营方式和外部环境正在与国际接轨,而编辑记者还不能完全驾驭这个变化;二是与计划经济相比,发展市场经济所依靠的经济理论体系、分析手段、衡量标准都有了质的改变,编辑记者还不能马上做到学会用市场经济运行规则深入浅出地分析经济现象,找准新的报道
In recent years, the report on the reform and the destitution of state-owned enterprises has become the most important propaganda task of the party newspapers all over the country. However, like the reform of state-owned enterprises, the state-owned enterprises also face many problems in reporting and many unsatisfactory places exist. First, the management system, mode of operation and external environment of the state-owned enterprises are now in line with international standards. However, editors and reporters can not fully control this change. Second, compared with the planned economy, the economy in which the market economy depends The theoretical system, analytical tools, and measurement standards have all been changed qualitatively. Editing reporters can not immediately learn how to use the rules of market economy to analyze economic phenomena in simple terms and identify new reports
