在大斜度大位移高难度定向井中,岩屑易在井眼中形成岩屑床,导致蹩泵、蹩钻甚至卡钻。本文在分析岩屑床的形成及危害的基础上,对岩屑床的清除办法进行了探讨,提出了将提高泥浆返速、改善泥浆性能与机械清除岩屑相结合的方法。胜利油田多口井的现场应用表明,该方法能有效地解决高难度定向井的携岩问题,为优质高效的钻高难度定向井提供了一定的技术保证。
In highly inclined and highly displaced highly directional wells, cuttings tend to form cuttings beds in the borehole, resulting in bad pumps, bored or even stuck pipes. Based on the analysis of the formation and the harm of cuttings bed, this paper discussed the removal of cuttings bed and put forward the method of improving the return velocity of mud, improving the performance of mud and mechanical removal of cuttings. The field application of multiple wells in Shengli Oilfield shows that this method can effectively solve the problem of rock carrying in highly directional wells and provides some technical assurance for high-quality and highly-efficient drilling directional wells with high difficulty.
