我省建新农场所属林牧场职工,因食用发霉春小麦加工品发生食物中毒。经调查证明系由禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarim graminerum Schwabe)为主的霉菌所引起。在局部地区,正当小麦灌浆期间,阴雨连绵,雨水过多,部分小麦浸没在水里;抢收后又未能及时脱粒晾干,致使霉菌繁殖。遵照毛主席“必须把粮食抓紧……”的教导,我们将此次中毒情况报告如下,希有关方面加强对于粮食的收获、保存和食用的检查。一、流行病学分析: 1.发病率:1973年6月11日晚餐,该场小食堂使用抢收的春小麦面粉,制成发
