应用电子自旋共振ＥＳＲ法和荧光光谱法研究了２６例（２９眼）蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者泪液中自由基和水溶性脂质过氧化物的变化。结果证明：蚕蚀性角膜溃疡患者泪液中自由基自旋浓度和水溶性脂质过氧化物的相对荧光强度均有明显增高，与正常对照组相比存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示：蚕蚀性角膜溃疡的发病机理与自由基毒性损伤作用密切相关。局部自由基和水溶性脂质过氧化物的增高，可能促进和加剧了自身免疫性损伤
ESR and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to study the changes of free radicals and water-soluble lipid peroxides in tear fluid in 26 patients (29 eyes) with Mooren’s ulcer. The results showed that both the free radical spin concentration and the relative fluorescence intensity of water-soluble lipid peroxides in patients with Mooren’s ulcer were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05) . Tip: The pathogenesis of Mooren ulcer is closely related to the role of free radical toxicity. Local free radicals and water-soluble lipid peroxides increased, may promote and exacerbate the autoimmune damage
