从洛阳市第一所基层党校创办至今,已整整10年了。10年来,基层党校这个伴随着改革开放和现代化建设成长起来的基层党员教育的重要阵地的状况如何?作用发挥得怎样?在发展中还存在什么问题?为此,我们对全市基层党校进行了一次调查。 一、基本情况 10年来,我市基层党校在各级党委的共同努力下,逐步发展起来。目前已发展到396所。这些党校经过10年的艰苦创业,得到了巩固和发展,尤其是自1994年全面贯彻落实《河南省基层党校工作条例》以来,在经常化、制度化和规范化方面又得到了进一步提高。
It has been 10 years since the founding of the first grassroots party school in Luoyang. In the past 10 years, how has the grass-roots party school, an important front for educating grassroots party members who have grown up through the reform and opening up and modernization drive, play their role? What are the problems in their development? For this reason, we carried out a one- survey. First, the basic situation 10 years ago, the city’s grass-roots party schools at all levels under the joint efforts of party committees and gradually developed. Has now grown to 396. After more than 10 years of arduous pioneering, these party schools have been consolidated and developed. In particular, since the “Regulations for the Work of Grassroots Party Schools in Henan Province” have been fully implemented in 1994, they have been further improved in terms of their regularization, institutionalization and standardization.
