钙、镁、锰是稀土硅铁及镁硅铁合金产品中重要的指标,采用全谱直读等离子光谱法测定稀土硅铁及镁硅铁合金中的钙、镁、锰量,无须基底匹配,采用工作曲线法对多个元素同时测定,结果稳定可靠。相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.63%,与其他分析方法相对照,测定结果较为吻合。测定范围:Ca:0.50%~6.00%,Mg:0.20%~11.00%,Mn:0.20%~4.00%。
Calcium, magnesium and manganese are important indexes in rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium ferrosilicon products. Total direct reading plasma spectrometry is used to determine the content of calcium, magnesium and manganese in rare earth ferrosilicon and magnesium ferrosilicon alloy without using substrate matching. Curve method for simultaneous determination of multiple elements, the results are stable and reliable. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 2.63%, which was in good agreement with other analytical methods. Measurement range: Ca: 0.50% to 6.00%, Mg: 0.20% to 11.00%, Mn: 0.20% to 4.00%.
