目的:探讨宫外孕患者心理特点和调适措施。方法:对我院2005-06/2008-06收治的302例宫外孕患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组均治愈出院,无1例医疗纠纷和事故发生,满意度问卷调查评分高。结论:在诊疗过程中根据不同的心理特点采取相应的调适处理措施可有效提升患者对治疗的依从性,改善医患关系,杜绝医疗纠纷和事故,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the psychological characteristics of ectopic pregnancy patients and adjustment measures. Methods: The clinical data of 302 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from June 2005 to June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All the patients were cured and discharged without any medical dispute and accident. The satisfaction survey questionnaire scored high. Conclusion: Appropriate adjustment and treatment measures according to different psychological characteristics can improve the compliance of patients with treatment, improve the relationship between doctors and patients, eliminate medical disputes and accidents, and improve patient satisfaction.
