知识经济背景下,知识集成成为企业创新的核心机制,在企业创新能力的形成与提升过程中起着极为关键的作用。分析了知识集成对企业创新的影响机理,并在此基础上建立了知识集成对企业创新能力影响的理论模型,以165家知识型企业为样本进行了实证研究。研究结果证实了内部知识集成显著正向影响技术创新能力和管理创新能力,外部知识集成显著正向影响技术创新能力,并以技术创新能力为中介正向影响管理创新能力,内部知识集成对外部知识集成也有显著的正向影响。
Under the background of knowledge economy, knowledge integration becomes the core mechanism of enterprise innovation, which plays an extremely crucial role in the formation and promotion of enterprise innovation ability. The mechanism of knowledge integration on enterprise innovation is analyzed. On this basis, a theoretical model of the impact of knowledge integration on enterprise innovation capability is established. An empirical study of 165 knowledge-based enterprises is conducted. The results of the study confirm that internal knowledge integration positively affects technology innovation capability and management innovation capability. External knowledge integration significantly and positively affects technology innovation capability. Positive impact of technology innovation capability is on management innovation capability. Internal knowledge integration is not suitable for external knowledge Integration also has a significant positive impact.
