由《小演奏家》杂志社与北京咪哆哆音乐教育网联合发起,北京绵世投资股份公司首期资助的“西部音乐教室援建工程”自2011年5月开始启动。该工程旨在促进与改善祖国西部地区音乐教育落后的状况,使西部不能接受正规音乐教育的孩子们也能拥有“音乐”这第三把开启智慧之门的钥匙。为此,本刊记者与志愿者亲临青海玉树地区,甘肃舟曲地区、武都地区,四川青川、汶川、北川及绵阳等地区,对这些地区的音乐教育状况进行调研巡访。经过认真筛选,根据各地区的不同状况,现已决定首批将援助12个音乐教室。经过近两个月紧锣密鼓的准备,首期“西部音乐教室

After nearly two months of intense preparations, the first phase of ”western music classroom
