由保加利亚在六十年代发明的反压铸造((?)Ounter—press—ure Castjng)已普遍地受到各国的重视。加拿大、美国、印度和欧洲的许多国家都引进了这种新工艺。我国从1976年开始应用反压铸造工艺,现已在航天、造船和电子工业部门逐渐推广,并在镁、铝及铜合金铸件的生产方面取得了可喜的成果。我国生产的铝合金壳体反压铸件,承压能力超过100个大气压;生产出铝合金进、排气娲壳、气体压缩机体及镁合金铸件等。预计反压铸造将会有新的发展。
The anti-pressure casting (Ounter-press-ure Castjng) invented by Bulgaria in the 1960s has generally gained the attention of all nations. This new process has been introduced in many countries in Canada, the United States, India and Europe. Since 1976, China has applied back pressure casting technology and has been gradually promoted in the aerospace, shipbuilding and electronics industries and made gratifying achievements in the production of magnesium, aluminum and copper alloy castings. China’s production of aluminum alloy shell die casting, pressure capacity of more than 100 atmospheres; produce aluminum alloy into the exhaust shell, gas compressor body and magnesium alloy castings. Back pressure casting is expected to have new developments.
