企业价值观是企业对相关个人、团体和事物的总的看法和评价。它决定着企业的行为方式,是构成企业文化的核心内容。企业价值观不一样,其行为风格也千差万别。 倡导“为顾客创造价值”,是指企业的使命既不是为企业创造价值,也不单纯是为社会和员工创造价值,而是为顾客创造价值。这里说的顾客,就是企业希望通过自己所提供的价值来影响其行为的组织或个人;而价值则是指能解决顾客的问题的办法、措施和手段等。
Corporate values are the company’s general views and evaluations of relevant individuals, groups, and things. It determines the behavior of enterprises and is the core content of corporate culture. Corporate values are different, and their behavioral styles vary widely. Advocating “creating value for customers” means that the company’s mission is not to create value for the company, nor is it simply to create value for society and employees, but to create value for customers. The customers mentioned here are the organizations or individuals that enterprises want to influence their behavior through the values they provide; and the values are the methods, measures, and means that can solve the customers’ problems.
