前言从大量调查资料中统计,墙体裂缝主要有四种情形: 1.房屋顶层两端第一二间,纵墙产生正八字裂缝。是由于钢筋混凝土屋盖,受太阳辐射热引起温度变化而产生的变形,比砖墙受温度变化而产生的变形大。墙体阻止不住屋盖变形。当此变形超过墙体本身容许侧移剪切变形时,此纵墙即产生剪切斜裂缝。窗洞口处因应力集中,故沿纵墙窗口上下檐产生外下斜正八字裂缝。
Foreword According to statistics from a large number of surveys, there are four main types of wall cracks: 1.
