上海市某大楼主体结构为5层,外立面主要采用瓷砖饰面,为了解该楼外立面瓷砖饰面层质量状况,现场采用红外热成像法对外墙饰面质量进行了检测。经检查,发现外立面饰面空鼓率约为11%,外立面饰面质量为Ⅱ类,存在一定的安全隐患。
The main structure of a building in Shanghai is 5 storeys, and the façade is mainly made of ceramic tile. To understand the quality of tile finish on the façade of the building, the quality of exterior finishes is tested by infrared thermography. After examination, it is found that the hollowing rate of the facades is about 11% and the quality of the facing facades is Class II, which poses a potential safety hazard.
