在化工生产中,由于对特定工作环境的限制,需要考虑高温、高压、腐蚀、污染等情况,研究其可靠性的意义也逐步凸显出来。目前,可以利用有限分析软件ANSYS的概率分析功能,对球形压力进行可靠性分析,并通过计算得来的数据对参数敏感性进行分析和评价,分析结果为以可靠性为基础的压力容器标准提供了科学的依据和有益的参考。
