Cefotaxime是一种广谱商效新型的第三代头孢菌素。该药对22例细菌性感染的治愈率为77.3％,显效率22.7％,有效率100％。其中对大肠杆菌、产气杆菌感染厅效最好,对金萄球菌及绿脓杆菌也有较好疗效。对泌尿道感染的治愈率为100％。对呼吸道感染的治愈率为50％。对金葡菌脓毒败血症1例显效,副作用小。
Cefotaxime is a new broad-spectrum third generation cephalosporin. The drug on 22 cases of bacterial infection cure rate was 77.3%, markedly effective rate of 22.7%, the effective rate of 100%. Among them, E. coli, Aerobacter aerogenes infection hall effect the best of the Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa also has a good effect. The cure rate for urinary tract infections is 100%. The cure rate for respiratory infections is 50%. 1 case of staphylococcus aureus sepsis markedly effective, small side effects.
