我厂从1975年开始进行离子渗氮试验并用于生产,针对生产中的问题,进行了工艺、组织和性能方面的研究,质量逐步稳定,应用范围不断扩大,目前已成功地应用于石油钻盘齿轮、电测车和通井车齿轮、石油钻机传动装置、地层测试器以及打捞工具等产品,离子渗氮年处理约三十多吨。近来,我们又在离子渗氮炉等离子场中,进行橡胶件表面改性处理,较好地解决了橡胶和钢铁难以粘结的问题。
