邓小平同志关于科学技术的重要思想,特别是“科学技术是第一生产力”的光辉论断,是建设有中国特色的社会主义理论不可缺少的组成部分,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想的继承和发展。它为提出“科教兴国”战略提供了理论依据,更为“科技兴省”,实现辽宁第二次创业,指明了方向。在今天贯彻和落实中央关于加快科学技术进步决定的时候,我们深入学习邓小平同志的科技思想,有着更为紧迫的现实意义。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping's glorious thesis on science and technology, especially “science and technology is the primary productive force,” is an indispensable component of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and is an inheritance and development of Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought.
