煤炭是禹州市的主要工业产品之一,素有“龙头”产品之称.由于市场疲软大气候的影响,禹州市的煤炭市场销路也不畅,部分煤矿原煤严重积压(仅国营煤矿就积存原煤近20万吨);交通运输企业也任务不足,制约了全市工业经济的发展.针对上述情况,禹州市人民政府于1990年8月召开煤炭、电力、运输等部门负责人会议,作出决定:(一)自今年9月开始,要求市火力发电厂等主要用煤企业,一律使用本市国营煤矿(含市乡联办煤矿)生产的煤炭;(二)重点
