经济法是法律体系中的重要内容,是经济管理及法律专业中的必修课和基础课程,这是一门综合性很强的学科,教学目标是使学生掌握基础的经济学常识和经济法学常识,了解相关法律概念,掌握基本技能,运用经济法律法规解决经济行为中出现的一系列问题。现代社会需要专业素质较强、法律意识较强的复合型人才,进而在商业贸易中解决相关法律纠纷问题。但目前由于经济法教学存在一些问题,如师资力量薄弱、课程体系不合理、实践教学水平有待提高等原因,导致经济法教学质量难以得到有效的提升。本文首先介绍了经济法教学改革的背景,指出了当前经济法教学存在的问题,提出了卓越法律育人计划下的经济法教学改革的有效策略。
Economic law is an important part of the legal system. It is a compulsory course and basic course in economic management and law. It is a highly integrated subject. The teaching objective is to equip students with basic economic and economic legal knowledge , Understand the concept of the relevant laws, master the basic skills, the use of economic laws and regulations to solve a series of problems in economic behavior. Modern society needs complex talents with strong professional qualifications and strong legal awareness to solve the legal disputes in commercial trade. However, due to some problems in the teaching of economic law, such as weak teachers, unreasonable curriculum system and the need to improve practical teaching, the teaching quality of economic law can not be effectively promoted. This paper first introduces the background of the reform of the teaching of economic law, points out the problems existing in the current teaching of the economic law and puts forward the effective strategies for the reform of the teaching of economic law under the excellent law education plan.
