Recently, a new study found that eating bitter chrysanthemum helps to ease memory loss. In the new study, in order to test the effect of chicorychuic acid, a key substance in bitter juicy on memory, researchers from Northwest A & F University conducted a comparative study using experimental mice. The results showed that compared with the control group, rats receiving chicory acid injection had better learning and memory. The researchers analyzed that the key extract of bitter chrysanthemum helps to prevent brain toxicity
