广播电视这个传播体系,不仅以它特有的时空效应和拥有最广大的受众显示其独家之优势,而且以它的多形态、多环节、多层次、多功能显示其独特的大系统的特征。要驾驭这样一个大系统,关键在于人的驾驭能力,在于决策者的正确决策。这种决策,除了有赖于专门的咨询机构的可行性咨询外,非专门咨询机构的群体理论研究对决策的咨询作用似乎也不应低估。
The broadcast system not only shows its exclusive advantages with its unique space-time effect and the broadest audience, but also displays its unique large-scale system with its multiform, multi-link, multi-level and multi-functions. To control such a large system, the key lies in the ability of people to control lies in the correct decision makers.
