1961年5月4日,品学兼优的高中毕业生董加耕,放弃了去北京大学哲学系读书的机会,毅然走上建设社会主义新农村的光荣道路。几十年风风雨雨的生活,把他锤炼成坚强的无产阶级战士。他从农民当起,历任共青团地委书记、县委副书记、共青团中央委员、全国人大常委、共青团“十大”筹备组副组长、国务院上山下乡领导小组成员等职务,为党和国家做出了突出贡献。最近,卞庆奎同志把董加耕的事迹写成长篇报告文学《青春无悔董加耕》,本刊选取其中部分章节,分上、下两篇予以刊登。
