平衡计分卡作为一种新型管理工具在企业中应用广泛。本文在分析其在烟草企业绩效管理中应用研究的重要性后,梳理和归纳国内外平衡计分卡等文献资料的基础上,讨论它在腌菜企业绩效管理应用研究中的可行度。
Balanced scorecard is widely used in the enterprise as a new management tool. After analyzing the importance of applied research in tobacco companies’performance management and combing and summarizing domestic and international balance scorecards, this paper discusses its feasibility in the application of performance management in pickles.
