香港伟业街133号是从旧厂房脱胎换骨,摇身变成的一个玻璃办公楼。这个兼带零售和餐饮的建筑,使用不锈钢填充的玻璃作为唯一建筑材料。项目共18 000m~2,坐落于后工业区九龙东内的观塘海滨,是打造九龙东新中央商务区这一城市变革计划的一部分。项目的初衷是创造彻底透明化的办公环境,一个全通透的办公楼将其淋漓尽致地体现。本工程在2013年由开发商基汇资本启动,它将这个区域的工业根源和未来的都市憧憬紧紧相连,现已成为该地区的旗舰项目之一。
133 Wai Yip Street, Hong Kong is a glass factory building that has been reborn from the old factory building. This both retail and dining building uses stainless steel-filled glass as the only building material. With a total area of 18,000m2, the project is located on the waterfront of Kwun Tong in Kowloon East, a post-industrial area. It is part of a plan to create a city in Kowloon East New Central Business District. The original intention of the project is to create a thoroughly transparent office environment, a completely transparent office building will be vividly reflected. Launched in 2013 by GV Capital, this project links the industrial roots of the region to future urban vision and is now one of the region’s flagship projects.
