嘉定县在开展儿童生长监测过程中,为保证监测质量,加强了管理。首先,统一了全县对儿童生长监测的要求和标准,健全了县、乡、村三级儿童保健管理网络,加强了县、乡二级儿保门诊建设;其次,为提高儿童生长监测质量,加强了对各级儿保医生的培训工作;第三,为提高广大群众自我保健的自觉性,广泛的开展了宣传工作。由于加强了管理工作,使儿童生长监测收到了很好的成效。
