在政治中,领导力就是让必要成为可能的艺术。全世界决策者都没有预见全球金融危机的到来。但在危机袭来的时候,他们采取应急措施,引导经济走出了深渊。如果他们没有这样做,情况会更加严重。现在越来越明显的一个事实是,美国和欧洲的决策者也犯了一些错误,这些错误一定程度上造成了今天极其惨淡的经济前景。如果他们没有犯这些错误,情况不会很好,但会好一些。后来看,他们犯的错误包括下面三个。
In politics, leadership is the art of making necessity necessary. Policymakers around the world have not foreseen the global financial crisis.
