以康师傅控股长沙福满多食品有限公司深度合作为例,开发出了高职顶岗实习“课岗深度融合”课程标准和管理评价标准,设计出了包含岗位数、岗位操作及技术要求、在岗人数、在岗工作时间、轮岗等具体内容的顶岗实习课程安排表,明确了校企双方指导教师工作职责。结果证明,顶岗实习“课岗深度融合”课程有效地解决了顶岗实习不规范、教师指导不到位、学生无明确目标等问题,确保了顶岗实习和毕业设计有序开展,并取得了较好的效果。
