通过调查江苏省某职业中专顶岗实习学生,了解职校生“逃工”现状,分析“逃工”现状产生的原因,提出减少和杜绝“逃工”现状的方法,为进一步做好职校生就业工作提供借鉴和启示。
Through investigating the internship of post-secondary vocational students in a vocational secondary school in Jiangsu Province, we can understand the current situation of “escape workers” in vocational school students and analyze the causes of the current situation of “escaping workers” and put forward the methods to reduce and eliminate the current situation of “escape workers” Further Enrollment and Enlightenment on the Employment of Vocational School Students.
