人民群众是我们党的执政之基、力量之源、胜利之本,也是反腐败的根本力量。贯彻落实十八大精神,做好新形势下的反腐倡廉工作,必须坚持马克思主义群众观,密切联系群众,大力推进党的作风建设,以党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的实际成效取信于民。当前,党的作风建设中仍然存在着一些不容忽视的问题:有的党员干部不思进取、得过且过;有的漠视群众、脱离实际、形式主义、官僚主义;有的贪图享受、以权谋私;有的民主意识淡化,曲意逢迎,不敢讲真话、讲实话。这些问题虽然发生在少数领导干部身上,但其消极影响和后果不可低估。如果不提高警惕、不抓紧治理,听任不正之风侵蚀党的肌体,就会损害党群干群关系,就会影响党和国家的各项工作,就会干扰党和人民事业的发展进程。进一步加强和改进党的作风建设迫在眉睫。

To implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and do the work of fighting corruption and promoting clean government in the new situation, we must uphold the Marxist mass outlook, keep in close contact with the masses, vigorously push forward the party’s style of work, win the trust with the actual achievements of the party’s work style and the building of an honest and clean government, people. At present, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in the building of the party’s style of work. Some party members and cadres do not make progress despite conquered advancements. Some disregard the masses and deviate from reality, formalism and bureaucratism. Some enjoy themselves and abuse power for personal gains. Some democracy Consciousness, desperation, do not dare to speak the truth, to be honest. Although these problems occur in a few leading cadres, their negative effects and consequences can not be underestimated. If we do not exercise vigilance and do not pay close attention to governance and let unhealthy tendencies erode the party’s body, we will damage the party-to-cadre-mass relationship, affect all the party’s and the state’s work, and will interfere with the party’s and the people’s cause. It is imminent to further strengthen and improve the party’s style of work.
